David Sinclair
Redefining aging through information theory, proposing that aging is a treatable disease
David Sinclair is a professor of genetics at Harvard Medical School and one of the world's most influential aging biologists. He proposed the Information Theory of Aging, arguing that the root cause of aging is the loss of epigenetic information in cells rather than DNA mutations.
