Serial platform founder who defined information distribution three times
Ev Williams is a serial builder of information distribution infrastructure in the internet age. In 1999, he founded Blogger, the first tool allowing non-technical users to easily publish content on the internet, becoming the foundational tool of blogging culture before being acquired by Google. In 2006, he co-founded Twitter with Jack Dorsey, Noah Glass, and Biz Stone (emerging from a side project at Odeo), developing 140-character microblogging into a global platform that reshaped news and public discourse.
